The right to return a product

Consumers have the right to return a product if there’s a problem with the item which could deem the item faulty. Items that are faulty do not have to be returned in their original packaging. We have a 30 day return period for unused / unopened items. For faulty or defective items the manufacturers warranty is in place to protect our clients.

For consumable items such as effect machines fluids that have been purchased in error or as a wrong selection the fluid must be returned unopened and in a saleable condition. Once opened a effect machine fluid bottle or certain consumables can not be verified for quality or for tampering and must be disposed of. Any items that are not faulty and must be disposed of are not eligible for a refund.

Responsibility for returning products

Consumers are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned.

Return costs

If confirmed that the product does have a fault, Morrina will reimburse the consumer for any reasonable return costs they have already paid.

Please contact Morrina and we can arrange collection via one of our staff members or couriers. If already returned, customers should keep receipts for postage or transport costs so that they can be repaid by our accounts team.

If it is found that the product does not have a fault, a charge will be raised the collection and inspection costs. When the issue is first reported to Morrina we will provide a reasonable estimate of these costs before collecting the product.

If you are at any stage unhappy with your purchase please contact Morrina in the earliest possible moment to discuss your options for refund, replacement or otherwise. Our main aim is to make sure your event runs smoothly and safely. We will always strive to make sure you have the right product working in the right way to ensure this happens.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Refunds by BACS payment can be processed the same day in certain circumstances. Please note that some external payment providers will then have their own policies on timeframes which will be notified in the refund confirmation. All refund options available will be notified by our staff at first contact with Morrina.
